Solitary Circle
I am rooted in the Earth, the Earth protects me, it empowers me.
The Earth is my Center, Air my Wisdom, Fire my Power, Water my Energy
Ground me, guide me, empower me, move me to do what must be done.
Feel
Let what I feel fill me, but not consume me;
Let me follow what I feel, but not be forced;
Let me become the kind of soul, who never clings too hard,
who lets go and yet loves;
Let me imagine better worlds, yet work in this one;
Let me touch, and treasure, even people I can never hold,
and let me learn from all my losses;
Let me out and let me in, Let me see and let me be,
a window - maybe broken - but through which a bit of air and sunlight comes.
On Children
Our children are not our children.
They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself.
They come through us but not from us,
And though they are with us yet they belong not to us.
We may give them our love but not our thoughts,
For they have their own thoughts.
We may house their bodies but not their souls,
For their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow, which we can not visit, not even in our dreams.
We may strive to be like them, but seek not to make them like us.
For life goes forward not backward, nor tarries with yesterday.
We are the bows from which our children as living arrows are sent forth.
The archer sees the mark upon the path of the infinite, and He bends with us His might that His arrows may go swift and far.
Let our bending in the archer's hand be for gladness;
For even as He loves the arrow that flies, so He loves the bow that is stable.

Golden Lord, Silver Lady
What no human ear could hear, you heard.
What no human eye could see, you saw.
What no human heart could bear, you transformed.
What no human hand could do, you did.
What no human power could change, you changed.
Goddess of love, God of protection
You through whom all power flows;
Source of all;
Accept this humble token of thanks
From These Solitary Witches
Who had spoken
And who have been heard.
Before time was
Before time was, there was The One; The One was all, and all was The One.
And the vast expanse known as the universe was The One,
all-wise, all-pervading, all-powerful, eternally changing.
And space moved. The One molded energy into twin forms, equal but opposite, fashioning the Goddess and God from The One and of The One.
The Goddess and God stretched and gave thanks to The One, but darkness surrounded them. They were alone, solitary save for The One.
So They formed energy into gasses and gasses into suns and planets and moons; they sprinkled the universe with whirling globes and so all was given shape by the hands of the Goddess and God.
Light arose and the sky was illuminated by a billion suns. And the Goddess and God, satisfied by their works, rejoiced and loved, and were one.
From their union sprang the seeds of all life, and of the human race, so that we might achieve incarnation upon the Earth.
The Goddess chose the Moon as Her symbol, and the God the Sun as His symbol, to remind the inhabitants of Earth of their fashioners.
All are born, live, die and are reborn beneath the Sun and Moon; all things come to pass thereunder, and all occurs with the blessings of The One, as has been the way of existence before time was.
Dedication
You have been there for me, Since before time was.
There in the scents of the Earth, in the whisper of the Wind, in the warmth of the Sun, in the refreshing coolness of a Mountain Stream.
You were always there for me, Even before I understood.
There in the magick of Moonlight, in the wonder of a Sunrise, in the freedom of an Open Field, in the comfort of a Sheltering Forest.
Please be here for me now. Walk beside me as I take the first steps along your path. I accept you as you are, both the dark and the light, the good and the bad. Two halves of a perfect whole. Complete. So Mote It Be.
Autumn Lullaby
As a sweet tone fills the air, in this warm and alive summer atmosphere.
The green shade on the leaves is getting weak, the leaves are left in warm colors before they fall down and into eternal sleep.
Each flower hides its beautiful face, touched by the song of sleep's embrace.
The little creatures seek their nests, as the singing wind cuddles them to rest.
The warm summer-air begins to feel cold, by the chilling tune it is betrolled.
The night gets clearer, the North-star bright, as the song of sleep breaks through the light.
With the silhouette of a creature of pure elegance, She walks with song and leaves the world in a trance. They know, every valley deep and mountain high, She is the Singer of The Autumn Lullaby.

Here before the Midnight Hour, we call upon all Dragon Power
After the time of Setting Sun, we ask all Dragons to join our fun.
Dragons of Chaos, Dragons of Light Protect us in this evenings Rite.
Perform the Work Dragon of Spirit, a simple task, This request of thee I ask
No evil may be bound to me, banish all negativity, as my will so mote it be.
With Malice toward no-one, and Harm to none; If the Goddess so desires it
then let it be done!

You are the Vine, We are your branches
For without You, We can do nothing
From the dawn of your birth, To the sunset of your death
We honor you.
From the missions completed, To your duties left undone
We honor you.
From the seasons of your being, Through the cycle of your life
We honor you.
From you time beyond the veil, Till your earth entrance back again
May the angels support you, May Spirit surround you
May our healing love reach you, From this moment until the end of time
So Mote It Be.
Miss You Most
I miss you most upon each Samhain, When the boundary turns to sheer
I wait until the veil is parted, At the ending of the year.
Sweet spirit, as you walk amount us, At the tolling of this eve
I see your face beyond the sunset, And hear your voice upon the breeze.
In the glowing of the candle, From the shadow on the wall
I watch for you in every movement, and hear your footsteps in the hall.
Can you sit and spend the evening, As the portal open wide?
Ancestral dead, I bid you welcome,, Most recent dead, I pray , abide.
When you come I sense your presence, I put my hand out in the air
A moment, then, we stand united, Palm to palm while waiting there.

Queen of Heaven, Queen of Hell; Horned Hunter of the night.
Lend Your powers to the spell, and work Your will by magick rite.
Charge our tools with energy; By the light of moon and sun.
And as we will, So Mote It Be. Chant the spell and be it done.
