HP:    Witches lair and Wolverines night, Ancient Ones bring second sight.

Blood and Bones of those before, help us with this little chore.

 

HPS:    Thread and pins and natural things, at our bidding Magick bring.

East and South, West and North, circle round bring power forth.

 

HP:    Land and Sky, Fire and Sea, open now for Divinity. 

Spirit rise and seal this place, we work now in Sacred Space.

 

Call Quarters

EAST:    The East, the Pixies, the Knowledge, the Wind; Positive forces we call you in.

 

SOUTH:    The South, the Faeries, the Hearth, the Fire; Aid this night in our desire.

 

WEST:    The West, the Sprites, the Love, The Water; We conjure our need into matter.

 

NORTH:    The North, the Brownies, the Roots the Grove; Bring your gifts, we make it so.

 

Center:    The Center, the Spirit, the Light, the Force; We call you now to open your doors.

HPS & HP:    Welcome and Hail to our Golden Lord and Silver Lady.

                             By You, this universe is born,

                             By You, this universe is created,

                             By You, this universe is protected.

                             You are eternal.

                             You are the energies of Nature.

                             We ask you to join us this night,

                             and assist us in our workings.

                             May you always be with us in our travels.

                             So Mote it Be.

(HP & HPS lead others in chant)

 

In Air, on Land, upon the Sea, safe from harm we will be.

In plane, by car, or ship at sea, travel safe, So Mote it Be.

 

Great Rite

HP:    Let it be known that nothing masculine is greater than the feminine

HPS:    And that nothing feminine is greater than the masculine.

BOTH:    Each is part of the other and only the balance of the two can

                   lead to enlightenment.

 

HP:    As the Athame represents the masculine

HPS:    And the Chalice represents the feminine

BOTH:    Only when they are joined can perfect balance be found, for

                   only through balance can the Magick of unconditional love be realized.

HP & HPS:    All life is your own

                           All fruits of the Earth

                           Are fruits of your womb

                           Your union, Your dance.

                           Blessed Be.
